Our Mountain Parmigiano Reggiano comes exclusively from the milk of cows belonging to our supply chain, raised according to rigorous quality and management standards.

All our dairy farms are certified mountain supply chain, guaranteeing suitable environments, comfortable spaces, correct nutrition and constant health monitoring.

This result is made possible thanks to the expertise of experienced breeders, guardians of an agricultural knowledge handed down over time, who with passion and responsibility look after every animal on a daily basis.

Cattle live in our mountain areas, a short distance from the dairy, and are fed on natural forage in full compliance with the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium's production regulations.
